To ensure safety, all cans are inspected automatically, despite the high speed of production.

1. Can inside inspection

   Aiming at zero tolerance for foreign substances, pictures of the insides of the cans taken by detective cameras are analyzed.

   

   Light tester

   To detect any minor defect, the outsides of the cans are irradiated with light, so that the photomultiplier sensor may verify what is inside the cans.

   

2. Outer can body

   In order to detect a blot, scar, or misprint, the outsides of the cans are photographed and compared with a registered perfect picture.
