Apart from the cases defined separately for each service, Daiwa Can Company may acquire personal information in certain circumstances where users utilize services offered by Daiwa Can Company; Daiwa Can Company needs to do so to provide its services; and users make various inquiries to Daiwa Can Company. On such occasions, Daiwa Can Company acquires personal information in a proper manner and specify the purposes of use as clearly as possible.

Daiwa Can Company uses personal information only within the range of the purposes of use which are specified in advance, or such information needs to be handled as an exceptional case according to the applicable regulations or laws. 

Daiwa Can Company makes an effort to keep personal information as accurate and up-to-date within the range of the purposes of use, takes necessary measures for safety management, and supervises its employees and the assigned outsourcees. 

Daiwa Can Company will not provide any personal information to the third party without the prior consent of the data subject person, except in the cases where such information is to be handled as an exceptional case according to the applicable
regulations or laws.
